2024

The Okes started 2024 with a visit to see papa at his new residence.  He is still getting around on his own and enjoying watching as much rugby, curling, soccer, and tennis as he can find.  We ended the year on an 8-day Royal Caribbean cruise to Aruba and Curaçao.

Our cruise included plenty of surfing on the Flowrider, live music, food, climbing, and even some laser tag:

What year would be complete without indoor volleyball, beach volleyball, volleyball camp, volleyball vacation, and a new one: snow volleyball?

And when not on the volleyball court, there's always gymnastics at the Ottawa Gymnastics Centre!

In 2024 Myra moved to Sir Robert Borden for grade 8, meaning Avery and Myra are at the same school again.

And what would life be like without our family and friends?

These days we do a lot of our work from our home sweet home.

What else did we do?  Some farming, some sports, and some time with nature.
